This national survey sought to understand the prevalence of mental health concerns among seniors with chronic illnesses. The survey evaluated the barriers to receiving counseling, treatment, or other types of help for mental health concerns and the impact of current events on seniors' mental health.

The PAN Foundation distributed a survey on social determinants of health to learn more about patient concerns and barriers to medication adherence and healthcare services, better address those concerns in future assistance programs, and share specific patient needs with our patient support and advocacy partners so they can provide tailored educational and support services.

This survey aimed to understand seniors’ top healthcare costs concerns at the start of the year, the impact of healthcare costs when beneficiaries had not yet met their annual deductible, and their confidence in paying for healthcare through the rest of the year.

This survey sought to understand seniors’ 2020 healthcare cost concerns, the impact that healthcare costs had on their ability to afford other essentials, and their healthcare policy priorities for the year ahead.
