Dr. Gary Thomas, MD, MBA is a Board Certified and Fellowship trained Neurologist at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. There he is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Penn State Comprehensive MS Center. He also serves on the Penn State University Faculty Senate. Dr. Thomas is actively involved in MS education at the medical school as Neurology Clerkship Director and the Neurology residency program and in community educational programs in partnership with the MS Society and the MSAA. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Central and Western Pennsylvania MS Society and serves on their clinical Advisory Committee. Dr. Thomas is a member of the Consortium of MS Centers (CMSC) and has served on Committees for that organization as well. Dr. Thomas is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and serves on the AAN MS section. Dr. Thomas is an active clinician with a busy MS practice.
