Workforce Manager

Ary Manzhukh is responsible for all workforce management and phone administration related initiatives for the PAN call center. Ary ensures that the call center staff provide a great experience to patients, caregivers, providers, and pharmacies that interact with PAN every day. Before joining the PAN call center team, Ary was the workforce manager at Under Armour’s global contact center in Baltimore.
