Amanda Barnes

Operations Manager

Amanda Barnes joined the PAN Call Center in 2019 as a Supervisor and has since been promoted to Senior Supervisor and Operations Manager. In her current role, Amanda oversees the call center teams that support enrolling patients for a grant. Prior to joining the PAN call center, Amanda managed call center operations for another foundation supporting patient assistance. Amanda is always looking for new ways to help improve the team in both quality and efficiency.
