As Chief Operating Officer, Nechumah Getz is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of PAN’s internal operations and safety-net program delivery. Nechumah oversees human resources, information technology, facilities, and patient support services, including the organization’s call center. Nechumah is also responsible for helping to develop and implement PAN’s strategic plan, including operationalizing new products and services to serve our patients. In addition, Nechumah works collaboratively with the President and CEO and the Chief Financial Officer to ensure the overall operational and financial integrity of the organization.
Before joining the PAN Foundation, Nechumah was a Program Manager for Healthcare.gov where she oversaw a team of 70 employees managing many aspects of the website. Prior to that, she worked for IBM for over 15 years in a variety of roles. Nechumah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland at College Park.
