PAN’s position statements outline ways to keep patients first and improve access to care

Seriously ill patients with high out-of-pocket costs are less likely to fill their prescriptions, take longer to start treatment, and experience more gaps in treatment. At PAN, we are guided by our mission to help underinsured people with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases overcome financial barriers to get the treatment they need. And we are alarmed by the rising deductibles, premiums, co-pays and coinsurance that prevent many from starting or continuing their critical treatments.
