Tracking patient assistance funds in one convenient, free app
For people living with chronic and rare diseases, out-of-pocket medical costs can be a significant problem.
Many turn to assistance funds and charitable organizations, like the PAN Foundation, but tracking open funds across multiple organizations and websites can be a challenge. It’s why we developed FundFinder, the first web app of its kind.
The free app tracks the status of more than 200 funds across nine foundations in one convenient place, allowing patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy professionals to access the latest information in just a few clicks. Anyone can sign up and it’s completely free.
FundFinder helped me locate assistance for my mother’s pulmonary hypertension medication co-pays. The alerts when the funds open for applications are especially helpful.

How it works
FundFinder is a free, simple web app that can be used on your computer or mobile device. When you sign up, you can set up text message or email alerts when disease-specific funding becomes available. When you get a notification that a fund is open, you’ll be able to apply right away.
Please note, using the app does not guarantee financial assistance. All patient assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to each foundation’s criteria.
