Stacey works closely with the Senior Director of Program Operations to evaluate and enhance PAN’s customer experience by implementing system and process improvements and managing and tracking customer and quality issues to resolution. She has more than 17 years of healthcare experience in contracting, network operations, pharmacy licensing and provider relations. Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, Stacey was the Manager of Contracting and Project Management for Cystic Fibrosis Services (CFS) at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
