Quality Assurance Manager

Robin Fletcher Charity oversees quality assurance to measure and ensure that our call center team is providing the highest quality support to the patients, caregivers, providers, and pharmacies that interact with PAN. Her broad knowledge of business operations and 25 years of experience in customer service has allowed her to work with such global brands as Nike, Ericsson, Microsoft, MCI/Worldcom and Verizon Business, where she established her first call center. Robin has also worked as a training and QA manager for Prometric and Quality Technologies. Robin is a graduate of the University of Miami.
